This role has a duration of 1.5 years. As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a clear and structured plan for setting up an efficient management system and for ensuring that robust emergency procedures are prepared so that everyone involved knows what to do in the event of an incident. As collaboration is the key within the company, you will be collaborating with other departments, such as Operations, Maintenance, Quality, HR, Supply Chain to ensure that the document management system reflects the needs of the entire organization. You will report directly to the SHEQmanager. Key tasks are as following, but not limited to:
- Establishing a robust and effective document management system
- Writing, assessing and updating SHEQ instructions and procedures
- Implementing the RI&E action plan
- Reviewing TRA’s and safety plans
- Operational supervision and daily support on the work floor
- Providing guidance during audits and inspections
- Informing and providing information to staff (one-point lessons, Toolboxes)
- Incident management: registration, follow-up and trend analysis
