The company is looking to increase the (offline) market share in Europe. Currently, the process of selecting locations and implementing offline stores is underway in the US. At present, they’re looking for a person in charge of the stores in Europe. This person is required to build the European store system from scratch, including forming a team, selecting store locations, and implementing the store operations.
Responsibilities in the first stage:
• Shopping mall planning, site selection, maintenance of local government relations, establishment of a shopping mall system from 0 to 1, etc.
Responsibilities in the second stage:
• In accordance with the company's business strategy, managing the mall operations through implementing sales plans, inventory management, profit and cost control, risk and personnel management, and customer service
• Coordinating the operations within the store in an overall manner, organizing personnel development, setting team development goals and implementation plans, and continuously improve team morale and personnel quality
• Promoting the company culture in an all-round way, organize the formulation, publicity, interpretation and communication of company policies
• Establishing the brand image, building good community relations
