The company is looking to increase the market share in Europe. Currently, they’re making a breakthrough from scratch in the offline ToB market, with a focus on distributors. The role will start with an extensive introduction to all business operations.
The main responsibilities of this key position are:
• Building and managing the local team
• Leading the team to design and deliver the sales strategy, planning and execution to achieve the business objectives
• Formulating yearly and monthly budget for both sales revenue and profit from 2025 onwards
• Developing business opportunities and exploiting market potential, establishing the sales network for both online and offline
• Reporting to HQ about operations and performance weekly and monthly
