The HR Advisor supports the management and employees in all HR issues, including the
definition of HR policies in close collaboration with the European HR HQ, the operational day to
day execution of all HR topics and the establishment and management of external suppliers for
HR related services. It also includes the payroll administration.
• Recruitment
• First level support for all HR related topics
• Coordinating the annual salary review process
• Managing contracts for any benefit provisions provided
• Processing all aspects of employee life cycle administration
• Conducting headcount reporting and maintaining organisation charts
• Payroll administration and registration of absence
• Expats HR arrangements: immigration support, expat salary /allowances
calculation in collaboration with external consultant; company cars.
• Coordinating the EU performance appraisal process for Managers and Staff
• Coordinating the talent calibration process and succession planning.
• Identifying training needs and defining training plans
• Analysing the annual Employee Opinion Survey
• Updating company procedures & policies and managing internal communication
