In this role, you provide support around the office with all secretarial, administrative, organizational and primary accounting tasks. As an Office Assistant, you keep the overview and are able to multitask. You work accurately and have a flexible working attitude. Tasks include the following, but not limited to:
• Providing support for billing or other monetary claims (invoices, payment reminders, reporting)
• Handling clients communication regarding contracts
• Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, financial reports and audit preparation
• Supporting with operational tasks regarding business trips and clients visits
• Assisting expats with filling in necessary documentation in the Netherlands
• Planning and arranging company events such as annual offsite, sport events and Christmas party
