As Office Assistant, you will be part of the Admin dept, supporting the Japanese management, with external contacts as well. Main responsibilities of this key position
are:
• First contact to visitors
• Travel arrangements
• External correspondence, handling of mail and parcels
• Office supplies and arranging maintenance of office equipment
• Preparation and management of contracts and approval documents
• Basic accounting duties (expenses, A/P)
• HR Administration
• Employee on/off boarding procedures (including visa acquisition)
• Development and implementation of internal rules and manuals
