• Providing accounting and tax support to our customer and its subsidiaries
• Preparing and reviewing monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Preparing quarterly reporting consolidation packs within limited timescales
• Liaising, planning and preparing for annual audit
• Preparing draft financial statements
• Assisting auditors for completion of audit process
• Liaising with Belastingdienst (Dutch tax authorities), tax advisors and subsidiaries
• Planning and preparing for Dutch corporation tax return (incl. transfer pricing and thin capitalisation matters) and corporation tax payments
• Preparing/reviewing Dutch VAT returns and payment instruction to banks
• Arranging liquidation/striking-off process
• Managing SAP and Exact accounting system, with external support
• Dealing with ad hoc issues and projects as they may arise
