In order to qualify for this versatile and challenging position, required are at least the following criteria:
• Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting the business planning process in international companies
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken, is a must
• Knowledge of accounting and finance
• Experience in FMCG or healthcare is an advantage
• Strong communication skills especially in an international setting
• Knowledge of corporate governance and management rules
