To provide administrative and logistical support to the Service Parts team, ensuring accurate order handling, smooth communication with HQ Japan, and timely coordination of delivery processes.
• Supports Demand Planning by creating and monitoring demand forecasts, identifying optimization opportunities, and adjusting forecasts
• Supports Supply Planning by coordinating, creating, and monitoring Purchase Orders for assigned suppliers, product groups, and stocking locations
• Supports Inventory Planning by performing inventory analysis and optimizing planning parameters to maintain balanced service levels and inventory holdings
• Supports process improvements and participates in SCM-related projects
• Monitors and controls the timely delivery of orders from HQ Japan
• Monitors shipping schedules, overdue receipts, and replenishment orders, reports ETA and ship dates from HQ Japan
• Checks stock availability and provide estimated delivery times
• Conducts price and legal checks to ensure orders can be processed correctly
• Supports delivery processes from the 3PL service parts warehouse
• Follows up on orders outside the EU (mainly Turkey and South Africa)
• Arrange for special export documentation when required
• Provides general admin support to the service parts logistics process (deliveries)
• Supports accounting processes related to VAT administration
• Acts as a liaison between HQ Japan, and internal stakeholders
